I am not sure what I did but I messed up the tv guide I was using for my OAN custom channel I created a long while back. I subscribe to KlowdTV and the OAN Live app. Both use the same klowdtv m3u8 file, but there is no xml guide for download - they use an on-screen guide. Originally I was using a guide I found from some cable company that carried OAN. Then I tried YoutubeTV (the trial) and had a perfect guide. When I killed the trial (hated their DVR) I lost the OAN guide.
Note - this is for the Live channel - not the free one that you can get in Pluto.
Now I can't find a good source for a guide for that channel. I don't understand Gracenote yet - would that help? I've tried using DISH when changing providers but it hasn't worked. I think I have an issue with knowing what the name of the channel is in the DISH guide so I can match it in my custom channels config file. I tried using Spectrum in Austin TX but it added some local Spectrum info - not OAN.
If I knew where the xml file was written to once I choose a provider I could look at it and maybe figure out what I need to do, but I have no idea where that info goes once you save it (when you choose a new provider).
Can anyone help me?
