Hide filter tags in guide view

Is there anyway of hiding the ‘filter tags’ on the left of the screen in guide view? Could it be an overlap /slide out option, same as the favourite slide down option? You could then move the channel logos to the far left which would show more of the guide data.
Another bonus would be that the user can then sort out the favourites/channel listings, set the filter to favourites and not have to worry about this again (Which is what I would like).

The favorites can already be ordered the way you want.

One way to get to the place where you can order them is by

  • Select “On-Now” from the main menu
  • Select “Favorites” from the “on-now” menu
  • Highlight the favorite channel you want to change the order for
  • long press the remote button on that tile
  • reposition the tile for that channel in the order you want it to be
  • press menu on the remote to save the position

Now when you go to the guide, and use the favorites tag the items will be in the order that you selected above.

Hi Teddy, thanks for that it’s more about getting the filters hidden if possible
