I keep getting a playback Failed (-17) error message when trying to watch. I rescanned and they are showing up.
Any thoughts?
I cannot get Live TV | HISTORY to play (it just spins and spins), so the problem appears to be on their end, not Channels. If you click that link, can you get it to play?

OK, seems like for sure the problem is on the provider side. Go to their contact page and let them know about the issue. Others may have already done so, but just to make sure they are aware:
