I've been messing around with this on an ATV4K and trying different quality settings other than 'original', whilst this works there is a repeatable glitch every few seconds in the video (slight stutter). At first I thought this might be the transcoding on the DVR machine which is consuming a lot of resources but I found that there is barely any CPU activity whilst this is running - is that normal?
The DVR is running on an i7 5820k - CentOS. As a comparison, if this is at all relevant, the web transcoding runs smoothly and the ffmpeg processes are consuming much more CPU time.
Is there anything I can do to get the video playback smoother here?
