Initially, I was having trouble connecting to Fox in the app, but after refreshing the channel lineup, Fox is missing entirely (rather than present in the lineup but with an access error like ABC is.) How are TVE lineups determined (in general is interesting, but the local channels in particular in this case?)

When I visit fox.com/live, I am (after some location services hurdles) able to stream WBFF, but their schedule is shown as limited to prime time (which is fine.) I tried rescanning my TVE channels, but Fox remained missing from the lineup. Interestingly, per the log it was never scanned.
