I subscribe to news channels via http://watchnews.pro. How can I select this as a source with channels dvr?
If you go to the website of one of the provided channels (such as Fox News Channel), are you able to login with your watchnews.pro credentials and watch through your browser? If so, Channels may be able to support it.

Why do you say it's a pirate site. The client is available on the google play store and it is not free.

B/c Google Play doesn't have the same restrictions that iOS has. This is 100% an illegal website (I'm not judging at all, just stating a fact). I mean, they charge $7 per month for a full cable package. Their website was designed using a template. Just from the site overview, you can tell it was written by a non-native English speaker:

First off they can’t just sell a news package only. If you want CNN, you need to offer TNT, TBS, etc, same with the other networks. Even if they could, cable companies pay more than $6.99 just to rebroadcast those channels.
