Did you follow the on screen instructions and still have the problem?
I don't have the option when I right click, I turned WiFi off originally. I turned it back on and that seems to have been the issues. Looks the the DVR away from home option requires wifi to be connected maybe.

If you are hard-wired to Ethernet then Wi-Fi is not required and should be off.
The link won't pull up anything it just keeps loading. I found a option deep inside the ethernet settings to turn off flow control. that warning has went away but I lost a lot of guide data. Refreshing at now to see if it comes back.
