I upgrade3d my Channels program. I uninstalled Philo as suggested, but I was told to readd it. I cannot find how to do that. My philo subscription is paid and current

Sorry to be dense - I get there. I click on Philo and it allows me to check the channels, then I am lost what to do next.
What does that mean?

It was an email from support. They said to upgrade to the Pre-release, remove Philo, then re-add it. I think I am there!
How many channels do you get now?
