How do I stream my recordings to my Android phone? Or can I, I thought I could!

I don’t see an app in the play store

Through the web on chrome. Under your profile on this page. Tap the record symbol and scroll down to access your DVR remotely

That’s for Android TV devices, not Android mobile devices.

Open Chrome on your Android device and visit the DVR web UI (in your case that would be http://10.10.10.123:8089). If you’re not at home you can visit https://my.channelsdvr.net

Once I’m at that page what do I do?

I have already set Enable Streaming to on but not sure what to do now!

You should see the web ui (Settings Page) with Options : On Now, Guide, etc. Tap on any to see a different page. There are no wikis with instructions, easiest is to experiment a bit to become familar with each page and it’s contents. Also, be sure to scroll down to see all content.
