How do you rescan library (to sync file status with Plex)?

I've been trying Plex to watch Channels DVR recordings, using Plex's watch together feature.
It works pretty well, except that even when I delete watched episodes from the Plex interface, they remain intact on the Channels app.
Is there a "rescan library" function within the app that detects file deletions in the library and removes them from the Recordings screen?

You have to prune deleted ...

Is that command available for DVR recordings? It only appears under the Personal Media section.
