when presented with a HDHR device, how does channels determine what channels are in SD vs what ones are HD?
The HDHR determines this during scan and tells us. You can see on my.hdhomerun.com under Channel Lineup some channels say HD
right, but what is the particular flag it's looking for that indicates HD?
lineup.json has HD set
