How does Channels handle duplicate channels?

Just curious how Channels DVR would manage/handle this scenario:

You have two HDHomeRun Devices

Device #1
has a station on Virtual Channel 40.1 (RF Channel 35)
has a station on Virtual Channel 4.1 (RF Channel 30)

Device #2
has a DIFFERENT station on Virtual Channel 4.1 (RF Channel 35)

How does Channels DVR handle this scenario?

The DVR knows they are two different stations and will record from the correct one based on the guide data.

EDIT: Actually there may be some bugs in this area. When it goes to record it will try 4.1 on each tuner and won't realize they're different.
