How does the Intel i9-9900 perform with a Channels DVR Server?

I read that this processor incorporates Intel's UHD Graphics 630 IGP operating at 350 MHz with a burst frequency of 1.2 GHz

What I don't know is how well it works with Channels in terms of doing hardware transcoding.

I intend for the OS to be Linux Mint.

9th generation intel will perform well

I’ve got a 9700k that’ll do multiple 4k to 1080p Plex transcodes while also streaming channels and doing commercial detection. You’ll be fine.
