If a recording starts 62 seconds late, should it be marked Delayed?
Thought it was around a minute, but not sure what is considered Delayed.
Without knowing what value is used to determine delayed, would have to check the log for every recording.
This one is not marked as Delayed

Edited for spelling and to explain delay was due to a reauth of the channel
