Can some one please tell me how can I change my login for Channels DVR from using my Google account to my email and password account? I have other people in my home who use the DVR and it won't authorize outside the home using mobile data without logging in but if I do that I have to add my Google account to their phone which of course I don't want.

Could be wrong, but I assume you just add an email in your account preferences then disconnect from google.
When I log in to my account page it has no place to change or add an email at all.

Click your profile picture in the upper right of this page, then the tab with the "person icon", then "preferences".

Do a password reset on the log in screen and it will get you sorted.
