How to Plex user (not server) Integration question

So sort of a weird question. I am new to channels and love it. I have an Nvidia shield with HDHomerun Flex 4k and TVE. I also use Plex and have access to a server with my account that has a lot of content available. It isn’t my server however but I was wondering if I could use streamlnk or any other Channels method to show those libraries in Channels.

I have not tested it or attempted this.

But theoretically if you mount the internet storage location as a "net drive" it would look like local storage to your server. And you could then import content.

So im guessing your plex content is not local storage your using a plex-share.

Try strm files, if you can provide urls to the content in the plex server and they work without authentication. It’ll be a lot of work, and your best bet is to write a script that reads the content from the Plex api to write them all out to strm files. There’s also the possibility of them going stale if the content is removed from the Plex server.

This is by no means something easy, but it’s doable.
