How do i setup app on fire stick
You need to set up Channels DVR Server first. Once you’ve done that, the Channels app on your Fire TV will just see it and it’ll all work.

The server is a separate piece of software that runs on a computer on your home network. The app for the Fire Stick is just a client that talks to the server on the computer. You need both.
And i save my recordings on pc?? Ok i thought they were saved on firestick...i think i understand now

You clearly do not understand what Channels is. It provides no streaming channels, and is meant for use with HDHR or TVE based sources. IPTV may be supported if you have a way to use Custom Channels to do .m3u. I you have one of those random internet IPTV services, that is illegal and pirate, you will get no support for it here.
You were already given the link to the Install Guide for Channels that informs you of how to setup and install.
