How transfer file to a different Channels DVR

Hi guy,
Pretty noob here to this but how do you transfer all your stuff from a different Channel DVR server to another I have all my stuff in the Nvidia Shield IP but want transfer it to my windows if this make sense? Lol

Do not forget to click Save DVR backup under DVR Database before shutting the server down. Learned the hard way.

Ok thanks is it better if I move my server to my computer would it be more stable with my streams? Currently, I have mines in my Shield?
