HRHomeRun Upgrade Recommendation

I am looking to replace my HDHomeRun Connect DUO with a 4 tuner device.

Which of the HDHomeRun or Tablo 4 tuner devices have the best sensitivity? I have some OTA channels that are on the fringe and I am hoping for a better tuner.

HDHomeRun tuners are much better for home grown DVR's. Tablo's are limited and not really supported by home grown DVR's.

My HD HomeRun Flex 4K is more sensitive than my previous-generation HD HomeRun Connect Quatro. In fact, I noticed that because in my area the Flex 4K can be annoyingly too sensitive. It picked up stations from other markets that I didn't want and that messed up my recording schedule, but after a while I managed to disable them all. In your case it might be a good thing, assuming signals from those fringe stations reach your area consistently.

Yes, and you would have the possibility of using any non-DRM ATSC 3.0 signals which have even better reception range.

I have been using the hdhomerun flex 4k for over a year with Plex and now with channels. It has worked for me and been the easiest to use with both for me at least. That is just my $0.02 for what it is worth.

Not sure if this is okay to do but if you do want to go the 4k I have one that I would be happy to get rid of. I live in an area that has most everything DRM'd so the box doesn't do much for me that my non-ATSC 3.0 HDHR boxes do.

You could post it here For Sale - Channels Community
Or just DM him.

Ah, thanks! I don't do unsolicited DMs, just a personal glitch I have I guess.
