I changed my DVR to a new machine. Everything is working well. However, when I try to use the link above it says the server can't be found. Can you help?

Does that actually resolve to the up address of the new computer?

The server is reachable from all my devices and if i use the http://127.0.0.1:8089/ it works. But for some reason the other link no longer works. ;-(

The link is based on the name of the computer and probably changed. Did you check what link is shown on getchannels.com/account

I did and it only shows the away link.

If you can access your webUI at the 127.0.0.1 IP, what does it say under Settings > Basic Setup > Bonjour? On mine it says something like: Advertising dvr-channels.local. via 1 network: [10.0.0.81]

Thanks everyone for the help. I was finally able to get the link to work. I did have to change to the new computer name. At first it had issues but it worked itself out. All is well in the channels dvr world. =)
