Http://my.channelsdvr.net not working?

I am trying to access my.channelsdvr.net outside my network from my computer, but it doesn't seem to work. However, I can use the app on my iPad outside my network without issue.

The URL changes to: https://0176460b1644.channelsdvr.net:8089 And then it just sits there, stuck. It doesn't even timeout.

I checked past posts about this issue. One says that I should turn Remote DVR off and on. No luck.

I used port checker.co to to see if 8089 is open. It is.

Any ideas?

Try turning remote access off and back on
