I recently had to delete and then re-add Hulu TVE as I was not getting all the channels even after rescan. After completing multiple CAPTCHAs and clicking the "Login" button, I'm now presented with the "login blocked" error. I'm able to login to the Hulu web portal and also various TVE websites, so I'm not sure what's going on.
And I've tried waiting up to 48 hours before trying the TVE login just in case it was blocking me because of too many login attempts within a short timeframe.
