I just had to go into Channels and delete, then re-add Hulu TVE, which of course required playing the Captcha game. Happened around the same time in February, after re-adding it in January. Anyone else seeing this? I hope this is not becoming a monthly thing for Hulu!
Reauth usually happens every 30 days or so. Most don't require a second CAPTCHA, so this might be a Hulu specific issue.
