I can access this screen on wifi or hardwired at any location in the house.
What brand model# is the switch?
Its a cheap no name i ordered on amazon, but it has been rock solid of 5 years - no issues. im going to replace it with this tonight (again not expensive but hoping it will do the job)

If it doesnt work post a diagram with IP addresses of everything, appletv's, HDHR's, Channels Server etc.

OK fixed! Buttt i am having a slight audio delay. Has anyone experience that? Hoping that an easy fix? Audio delay is on Apple TV only, iOS is perfect.

I would suggest starting a new thread for that. It can be anything from software itself to settings on your tv. But glad replacing your switch solved the problem.
