I have a Synology DS718+ (thinking about returning and getting the DS918+). I created DVR directory and copied all my data from the pc running the dvr. I installed "Web station, PHP 7.2" on the DS718+. I download the latest .spk file and did the manual install. I get an error "there is an error while prepossessing request", and there is a 500 in a grey circle behind it. I was trying to migrate from the pc to the NAS drive. Thanks in advance for help.
In Synology Package Center Settings, did you allow installation of packages by "Synology Inc. and trusted publishers"?
If so, it may be a corrupt download of the spk file.
