I can't connect to my server

I didn't realize that my profile was logged off my computer for a couple days and now the Channels app on my Apple TV can't connect to either server listed on the screen when I type in the numbers on Safari. You would think that I would have saved the actual server numbers in the notes app because this happens to me quite often. I have no clue what to do at this point. Normally, I see the Channels TV logo in the upper right hand corner of the screen aside the slew of other logos next to the date and time, but it's no longer there. Help?

Have you tried rebooting the server?

On the server machine using a web browser does
http://127.0.0.1:8089/ bring up your dvr web ui?

My computer is my server. I've rebooted it and tried both server numbers again along with the one you gave me with no luck.
