I CANT GET MY DVR to work AWAY FROM HOME

I had my WD mycloud NAS connected to the channels dvr and things seem to worked last night at home . However today when I tried to connect to the dvr on my phone and watch live tv I keep getting this message : "get:https//980c0c0c16d1a9.u.channelsdvr.net:8089/de....."

HELP!

Click Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics after it happens

Hopefully the issue is not:

MyBook and MyCloud are not related.
