I don't see the Channels DVR app in the Synology apps page. Is this normal?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I've already downloaded the server app and been running it for a year.
My question is, I don't see the app icon in the "main menu" of the Synology interface.
Without the icon to click, I have to first find the app in the installed apps section of the Package center and click "open".

For what it's worth, I have never seen it in that menu. You can create a browser shortcut to https://my.channelsdvr.net. That eliminates the step of having to go to DSM first.
