There is no conflict resolution or notifications.

You could either check the Calendar or Schedule in the DVR web admin UI, or add more tuners if you think 2 is not enough for your needs (that's what most users do).

You can prioritize your passes, sources and channels, but it can only use the tuners that are available when it comes time to record (and it doesn't know what will be available until that time comes. It's not like a closed box TiVo).
