I keep getting error: The connection to the tuner was lost. Press play to try again

I noticed it more when watching ESPN cause I'm attempting to watch the playoff games

Have you submitted diagnostics from the app after you have this happen?

Yes i did a few days ago but not recently

And it plays the exact samw thing every time I turn to ESPN on multiple TVs

The last diagnostics I see from you are from April 1st. Could you submit again from the app and also submit from the DVR?

any idea how I can get espn back?

Are you able to change your DNS server to the DNS servers provided by your ISP?

If you download PingPlotter and then have it ping content-ausw2-ur-dtci2.uplynk.com over a period of time, what does the graph look like?

i updated everything and it seems to be working today...I am going to change the DNS servers today cause that seems to be the only error in diagnostics

The latest diagnostics I see are reporting from Fubo that the login or password is incorrect. I have just started a new pre-release build that will improve the error messages being reported for that.

If you are having additional problems, if you go into the DVR web interface and scan a single channel that you are having problems with and then submit diagnostics again, we can check those out.
