I want my money back

I ask for my money back last week and nothing

There has to be a reason for the re-fund CDVR offers (or I think they still do) a short free trial so you can try before you buy. I will assume you did this. CDVR lists what hardware and platforms it is compatible with; I assume you verified compatibility.

In what way did CDVR fail you that also justifies a money back? Heck, give a good reason, and I will assist in harassing the mods. I enjoy harassing the mods. /s. But I am highly doubtful your reason is justification for money back. The only valid reason I can think of for a re-fund is a billing error. But prove me wrong.

The word for giving money back is a banned word

Although the developers interact frequently with their fans in the forums, this is not a place for official support. These are community forums where users of Channels interact with each other. The fact that you may see the developers from time to time is a bonus.

The official method for support inquiries is the email address [email protected].

Actually, it's more than just short because they offer a very generous 30-day free trial. That's a lot of time to try things before committing to a subscription.

I'm wondering what happened for @anon19220240 to request money back after the 30-day free trial.

Im supet curious why too. Only valid reason i can think for re.fund is a billing error. I also wander if he purchased the app (for live hdhr only) instead by accident.

The devs usually are pretty lienient. I would imagine if he contacted official support with even a half decent sob story, they would probably do it (maybe).

Anyway, im following. I need to know what happened. Curiosity is killing me.

You'll never know now. They anon'ed the account. Note the date that they joined the forum though, highly doubt they went in to things blindly.

I remember helping them with malformed configuration trying to set things up in Docker... /shrug
