Yea, until you get something like that in place of an ad-block, you don't realize the ad isn't so much of a problem, the interruption is - and that don't help...

A commercial is typically 30 seconds. Sometimes broadcaster will split a spot and sell two 15 second segments. This is usually it, aside from some rare long infomercials. Anyway, TVE will broadcast all of the segments that it sold to national broadcasters. Some, however, are sold for local advertisers. These are offered at a discounted rate and are only available to a particular broadcast area. TVE is not going to broadcast these.... if it did, which local area's ad would it show? And is this a free bonus for that one local advertiser? Or do they have to pay extra? Better just not to include it.
