How does Channels handle the change? Can I just unplug the old one (the Connect) and plug in the new one (the Quatro) or is there a step by step process I need to follow?

You will need to add it to your DVR, by logging into the DVR web settings page on your NAS and assigning the guide data to the new tuner by entering your zipcode. Everything else will work automatically including any existing passes and upcoming recordings.

The QUATRO is only available in the US. It should be launching internationally in the next few months.
