This may have been covered before, but I was wondering if the Channels DVR backend will be able to import shows I’ve got recorded from MythTV. Either through an import via reading the myth mysql tables, or if I use some of the scripts to rename the recording to standard show/episode titles.

speaking of mysql, what is channels dvr backend using for database?

No, importing will not be supported. Our apps require consistent metadata in the format provided by our guide service. I would recommend importing any existing libraries into Plex.

We are using a custom database format.
