I have some files in there but aren't loading thumbnails either in the settings page on the local server or in the Android app. Is there something I need to specifically to get them to load?
The files show without thumbnails, or not at all?
Here are the screenshots, on mobile you can click where the thumbnail would be to load the movie. These pull in thumbnails in Plex.
Can you click the Imports tab in the web UI and screenshot there? Does it show any thumbnails?
Do you mean the + button when I add the folder with the files? If not I'm not sure which tab you're referring to.
Recordings > Imports in the DVR web UI. If you're using a narrow window (ie, your phone), you may to click the Menu icon in the upper-right of the web UI.
Oh, I see. There are thumbnails but as far as I can tell they're just random frames. If that's all the feature can do for now I understand but I'd like to know if there is a way to get auto generated covers/posters as the thumbnail.
You need to click the gear icon under each and select Fix Incorrect Match
