So we can import Movies from a given path which are all bundled into the 'Movies' menu shortcut,

1. Can we have ability to import TV shows into the TV Shows' menu shortcut ?
2. Can we have the ability to import by folders, i.e into 'Movies' and displayed as the name of the folder under 'Movies'... i.e Movies\Comedy Movies\Horror etc

It's already been implemented in current pre-releases of the DVR server.

You can select as many folders to import into Channels. However, Channels will not organize them by the folder you specify. Instead, it will use the genres as provided by Gracenote (their guide/metadata provider). You can view movies by genre in the DVR web UI, as well as the Apple clients. Android clients do not yet support viewing/filtering movies by genre, but it is coming.
