Incorrect HDHR Channels from Guide

I have two antennas, one facing Portland Maine, one facing Boston MA. In the Channels Guide I see NBC 6.1 out of Portland, but when I open it it's the NBC Boston station. This sometimes happens to Fox 23.1 out of Portland. I click on the channel and it's Fox 25 out of Boston.

I'm noticing the. If I use the HDHR app and try to click on 6.1 NBC, it doesn't come up due to reception issues. So my question is, does Channels automatically detect a missing channel due to poor reception and bring up a similar station?

I have a setup with 2 antennas also. The way to do what you want is to have 2 HDHRs, one for each antenna. On the HDHR you make primary, probably your home city, disable the channels that the other antenna is directed at. Favorite the home channels on the home HDHR and the other city channels on the second priority HDHR. Now you can browse favorites and the Portland stations will tune on the Portland HDHR and the Boston stations on the Boston HDHR.
