So I added dirty jobs to my list of tv shows, but it's getting the episodes wrong.
For instance S6E8 it calls it Bug Detective, but when I look at the episode and Amazon.com
the episode it called S6E8 is actually S5E8, S6E8 is supposed to be Tower Top Hand.
I tried to fix incorrect match but it's calling S6E8 Bug Detective there too, when S6E8 is supposed to be Tower Top Hand.
So I have no clue how to fix this or even if it's fixable.
When you watch the episode, is it that episode?
Yes, It’s the Tower Top Hand episode not the Bug Detective as the fix incorrect match of S6E8 would suggest.
This doesn’t only happen with just that episode it’s the whole show,
In fix match you can type the episode title and see what comes up
I guess I could do that, but it would be the incorrect episode number not that that matters much I guess lol
Different guide providers sometimes have differing views of how to number episodes. For TV shows Channels uses Gracenote to provide the TV show metadata; Amazon (IMDb) uses their own metadata.
If you want your guide data to match some other source than Gracenote, you can manually modify the metadata yourself, including season/episode numbering.
