Description of issue: Interface Theme in Settings is not saving the value selected
I expected: The value I selected to be saved the next time I access the interface
What actually happened: I changed the Interface Theme in Settings to Video Store and navigate around the new interface. I close the browser. The next time I use the interface the Theme is back to Default.
I changed Admin Interface to New and the Home Page to Guide and those were saved.
If you are using a bookmark you need to edit the URL to match the new interface.
The bookmark does match the new interface.
I had run into that myself so thought it was worth mentioning.
If you want the startup settings in the UI to work, your bookmark should be just servername:8089 with no path following that. (http://servername:8089 and nothing else.)
The theme setting is a client side setting stored in LocalStorage in your browser. So if you're doing anything weird like accessing it in incognito mode or doing something that clears out or doesn't retain LocalStorage, that could be it.
