IPad DVR shows fewer channels available than browser UI

Using iPad DVR I am seeing less channels available on my HDHomerun Prime than on the browser UI settings tab.

On iPad DVR app I see 297 channels in settings. On browser UI it says 492 channels available-- on same tuner.

I have tried refreshing the app. I have tried re-scanning the channel lineup from within the iPad DVR app settings.

Is this expected? Will IPad DVR only show certain resolution channels?

What about in the regular iPad app from the App Store (without DVR features)? How many channels show up there.

Ah, yes, the App Store version shows the fewer number of channels too.

Do you maybe have channels marked as disabled (with a red x) on the HDHR channel listing?

Yes, I do have some disabled on the HDHR listing (most of the SD channels). So, the Channels apps only see the non-disabled channels on the tuner, while the browser UI settings are showing all channels on the tuner?
