I'd love to see an option to decouple the volume control and mute from the system volume level for the iPad app. The ask is mainly because I've been using it a lot on my Mac in compatibility mode lately. Mainly for sports while I'm working. Whenever I get a Slack Huddle, a Meet, etc. I have to quit Channels while on it. It would be nice to be able to turn down the volume and mute it at times while not affecting the the rest of the system's volume.
iPadOS does not make this easy, and in emulated mode its even more complicated. But we can investigate.
Thanks. Yeah, I figured it might be a challenge. I'm a dev too. I wasn't sure if there might be an easy trick for it though. It's just a use case I've been running into a bunch lately with how late I've been working.
