iPhone app no longer plays recordings or live TV

Everything used to work, but I don’t know what changed or what else to try. I’ve reinstalled the iPhone App twice. Apple TV app works just fine. iPhone app sees all the recordings and the guide, etc. If I try to watch live TV, I get a “tuner not available” message. I can set record or delete recordings, browse the guide, etc, but recordings fail to play after about 4 seconds of trying and I’m returned to the landing screen for the recording.

Any ideas?

Do you have multiple wireless networks? Maybe try the 5ghz one.

That did the trick! Thanks! Since I was able to interact with the DVR from the iPhone, it didn’t occur to me to check the network.
