We were using Verizon FIOS via cable card but that is ending so found an IPTV provider and got everything moved over. All is working great including EPG but I no longer get a preview such as in the image below when I click on a show and/or when watching and pull down the menu to scroll at top. Any advice on how to pull in these images? Thanks
Did you map the channels via gracenote or did you use your providers epg?
Underground IPTV providers do have a reputation of having horrid EPG (trust me, I know) so mapping any channels to the gracenote guide should give you images. You can do that via SLM/PLM or Dispatcharr

Thanks! I stumbled upon this solution as I played around with a playlist and realized for the first time since getting Channels DVR up 10 years ago (?) that you can input more than one provider for the guide data!
Only thing I can't figure out is how to unmap an entry. Channels sees the UFC Channel as OWN for some reason. There is no UFC channel anywhere that I can find to replace OWN and no way to unmatch that I have been able to find.
UFC Gracenote id is
XRGUFC, stationId: 213684
You can edit any channel using the pencil when managing channels. The station id usually works when finding the channels

Yeah...with Olivetin. You can also use SLM to look up gracenote id
