under sources HD Prime, i have eliminated the SD channels and others that I don't want to see, but the client still sees SD channels and when i go to sports, it chooses SD channels that suck
Did you sync the Clients with the Source ? I eliminated all my SD Channels on my Prime from the Prime Web Page.
Hide these channels in your Channels DVR Server web admin.

That is basically how I do it. I do hide the awful SD subchannels from my HDHR but still some do pop up so channels collection is to best way to go to get around that...
is there anyway to get rid of menu selections after you select guide, still shows SD Channels, Drama, Kids, which I want to get rid of
