other than with an iptv provider or some kind of capture/tuner device is there any way to get nba gamepass on channelsdvr through some sort of paid streaming service, whether nbatv, sling, fubo or whichever? thanks in advance!

NBA TV's streaming feeds use DRM protection, so it can't natively integrate with Channels.

Get the hardware, it's worth it (IMO) since it frees you to record any and all other DRM protected content out there.

You have to have the docker container running though, it just wont auto populate the channels
