Loads fine for me with 16.5.1.
No issues here, I think the timing of your iOS update is unrelated to your inability to access your CDVR server (if that’s what you mean by “website”) and just a coincidence.
When you say Website, do you mean your DVR server?
Check your iOS Settings for the Channels App and make sure Local Network access is enabled.
I also have seen where it says it cannot connect to the Channels DVR Server, but if you keep trying (Connect at home and enter the IP and port) or just wait it can take a minute or two.
