Is There a Task Queue of Some Sort I Can Access?

I deleted some videos in File Explorer, outside of Channels. The videos were still showing and Channels and Channels was still attempting to play them. So, I deleted them then in Channels thinking that would solve the problem. Now, it seems that Channels is constantly (every five minutes) trying to delete these files that no longer exists. Is there a way to tell Channels to stop trying to delete these files and understand that these files are already deleted?

Does Channels DVR have read/write permissions to the folder they're in?

Did you empty the Trash in Channels DVR?

If you want Channels to manage your Library, delete them from within Channels instead of outside Channels.

I tried emptying the trash in Channels DVR, but they would re-populate the trash when I would exit. I did find a combination to get it to take, in case someone else has this same issue:

  1. Restore the item from the trash within Channels DVR (even though the file no longer exists).
  2. Navigate to the (ghost) file in TV Shows within Channels DVR and then delete the file from the there.

Isn't this what the Prune Removed Media task function is used for, to remove files that the user has removed manually, and not in Channels?
