Is there a way to adjust the Seek Options of the Web Player in the Web UI?

I often find myself watching a bit in the Web UI's Web Player. I've set my global Seek Options to 10 seconds forward and 7 seconds back. It doesn't seem to address the Web Player of the UI, so I'm wondering if/how I can change if from the default of 30s forward and 10s backward?

Those settings are for the clients only.

Is there any way to change the skip forward and back intervals when viewing from a web browser on a PC?
