Is there a way to change the position or channel number?

Right now I'm unable to get channel 35.1, but I can get it's ATSC3 equivalent.

But now it's located way down in my channel number list.

Can I move the channel higher?

I'm thinking not, but just thought to ask..

Channel Collections can be ordered any way you want them.
