Is there logs for clients?

I have 2 different Apple TVs, a google tv and a TiVo stream (google)

My apples continue to crash and have stuttering. They return to the “preparing your tv” taking a long time (I do have a large library)

My google tvs are not having that problem at all. Some episodes won’t even load on the Apple but will load fine on the google tvs. Wondering if the clients have logs that I can track down the problem?

Are your Apple Tv's hard-ethernet wired, or wireless? Whichever one they are presently, try it the other way. If wired, unplug the ethernet cable, and connect via WiFi. See if you have the same issue then.

How big is your library?

40tb or so. Channels is my poor man’s Kaleidoscape.

I used Ethernet for all systems. Next time I get up I’ll unplug and give it a whirl

how many shows and episodes? it should be shown on the dvr settings page

Would deleting other apps on the appletv cure this? Or am I at the ceiling
